This research article investigates the impact of endodontic chemical substances on resin-dentin bond strength in teeth. A novel technique, Immediate Pre-Endodontic Dentin Sealing (IPDS), is introduced, where dentin is sealed before exposure to these substances. The study compares IPDS to other dentin hybridization methods, finding IPDS significantly improves bond strength, preserving healthy tooth structure and eliminating the need for extensive dentin repreparation. The results are supported by statistical analysis and microscopic imaging. The study concludes that IPDS offers a superior approach for restoring endodontically treated teeth.
